1. Bespoke Orders
Every piece at Once & Again is crafted to order. Once a design is finalized and the production phase begins, modifications may incur additional charges. Due to the unique nature of bespoke items, these orders are generally non-refundable once material cutting has commenced.
2. Material Variations
Natural materials such as wood, leather, and hand-woven textiles may exhibit unique variations in grain, texture, and color. These are not defects but rather signatures of authenticity and luxury. We strive for consistency while honoring the natural character of our materials.
3. Intellectual Property
All designs, technical drawings, and photographs presented on this website or in our Atelier remain the intellectual property of Once & Again. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
4. Delivery & Installation
Our team handles delivery and installation with precision. Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate access to the installation site. Any site-specific requirements must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled visit.
